During the heat treatment process the physical properties of the material will be changed consciously and
targeted. In case of drying or preheating this is not of importance. It only depends upon to dry or to
preheat the material for the successive process as economic as possible.
Therefore we built our drying plants as multi chamber system in order to avoid down times. A further
commercial advantage: in our plants - e.g. in the aluminium industry - we use the exhaust heat of the
existing melting furnaces for preheating the material. Through piping systems the hot exhaust will be
suctioned by radial blowers and will be leaded directly into the drying plant.
Our preheating and drying plants are designed for small and large tonnages (up to 400 tons per day). |
